The Cheese Shop Staff is in the “Research and Development” phase of this project. Experiments are being conducted! Possibilities are being explored! We’re making Room and increasing Capacity….

We had our first sample this past Monday. Crazy good; will definitely be back for more. BTW, the sandwiches were awesome too. How did I not know about The Cheese Shop at La Jolla Shores?
